論考績

我在想,如果當制度落入賽局之後,總是會有人選擇獨贏,
此時花費力氣在攻訐跟防衛上變成必須,於是一部分的心力被迫用於責任歸屬的爭辯,而不是解決問題上。

情緒的張力切斷信任的連結,進而形成溝通無效的局面。造成組織效率不彰的來源。

所以追求已身最大利益是否為真正的理性思惟,那就要看理性是架構在個人利益還是組織利益之上了。
制度的調整,將影響組織的成員行為的抉擇。
